We offer complimentary collection for regulated consumer e-waste when disposing of the following items:
• Consumer Refrigerator (up to 900L capacity)
• Washing Machine
• Dryers
• Television
Free collection applies only to the regulated consumer appliances listed above.
Not Applicable (Regardless of Capacity)
The following items are excluded from complimentary collection:
• Commercial display fridges or chillers
• Wine chillers
• Chest freezers or commercial freezers

Disposal Preparation Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and safe collection process, please follow these guidelines before our team arrives:
1. Ensure Clear Access
The pathway to the collection area must be free from obstructions.
2. Lift Access Required
For units above or below ground level, a working lift must be available.
3. Disconnect All Equipment
All cables, fittings, and connections must be safely disconnected before collection. Appliances should be switched off.
4. Prepare Refrigerators & Freezers
Please empty, defrost, and clean refrigerators or freezers prior to collection. We are not responsible for items left inside.
5. Verify Items for Disposal
Ensure that only intended items are placed for collection. We are not liable for mistakenly removed items once collection is completed.
6. Unattended Collection
The pathway to the collection area must be free from obstructions.
7. Placement of Items
Where possible, place items near your doorstep for easier collection. Our service covers collection only and does not include dismantling, cleaning, or moving items to the doorway.
If indoor removal is required, permission must be granted for our personnel to enter the premises. We are not liable for incidental damages except in cases of proven negligence.
